I will say that I did not have to do the control-shift-enter process as once I typed in "cmd" the dos window opened and I just typed in the command. I was able to active the administrator account when logged in with a logon that has administrator privileges alright, but when tried to log in as "guest" and tried the above, I'm probably screwed, I hav Bitlocker enabled and i can't disable it.
