thank you random wizard man. If there is a yellow mark next to the mouse device, the driver is not working properly. Before updating drivers, try the following tricks first. Also I notice this last update almost replaces everything. The touchscreen works and can type in text boxes, but the touch pad does not work so that cannot navigate around using Touchpad.i need your help please help me. navigate here

You can use Driver Easy to scan your computer. The update finally went in last night. KB3194496 was applied automatically this morning. Windows 10 Mouse Freezes or is there a work around.
