If you can't even open Task Manager with ctrl-alt-del then it looks like another variation of this problem. It only shows the sand watch (or whatever you call it) for one second and that's it. Then reinstall it, but this time, perform a "Custom" installation and UNCHECK all the boxes and leave only the "Camera Connection Software" portion.. i'm going to try update to SP2 and see how it goes.

I can note boot into Safe Mode and I can not use Ctrl+Alt-Del while in the black screen.
