Thanks a lot, Hazelnut. It's a dll. Windows security center is a new centralised feature which monitors and alerts you on the status of your security status. When I can't play it, I'll REALLY have to get serious and find out what's wrong lol.NOTE:The above link gives tyou the option (and instructions) on how to fix this yourself

Most of the options available through the Security Center are already accessible through other parts of the operating system (OS). i'm not doubting you are saying you don't know what you are doing, I just want to be sure in my own mind. SBSD security center is dependent upon security center and wouldn't start if security center is not present, (unless I'm mistaken).
