thank you Tara I have a new HP dv4 and I seem to be having the same problem after the auto updates, but I don't have the specific update you mention. Is Microsoft even aware of this problem? But if the BSOD persists, there are some tactics that may be employed to repair the system there are over 250 "documented" BSOD codes. bobszon Does anyone know which or how many of the four actually caused the fault or should all four be removed?
