Even though I have changed it to boot from HDD it dosen't seem to save this. When I first started experiencing this a few weeks ago, I suspected registry problems and adware/spyware problems...even though I had either Norton Security or ZoneAlarm Security Suite. I can go to the setup by pressing F1 before it gets to the black screen, but F8 and F10 won't work so I cannot go to the safe mode option it's bothering me a bit, but I'll get my hardware checked out just in case as it is still under warranty.
