THAT never happened with any other Windows product, just Vista.What I realized is that, I too, have been experiencing a black screen problem, only not as severe as others here. Will test video card tonight. Then I'm forced to manually power it off and start the restart in Safe Mode, restart in normal mode, etc. However, the measures I am taking are keeping it running.

I suspect it's overheating but I have never experienced these issues before, they are obviously obstructing my... If a virus is discovered then this may very well be the cause of your problem. It may or may not help but let's hear how you are solving it.Here?
